The Delfield D4448NP-8 sandwich prep table holds eight 1/6 size food pans in its refrigerated prep rail. Sixth pans and adapter bars are included with this purchase. Delfield's air screen technology keeps ingredients cold without drying out. Dual level pan brackets allow food pans to be lowered an additional inch in the unit. This added recess allows for improved cold holding for hectic environments in which the lid may be left open for an extended period of time. Assemble menu items with ease thanks to the 10" wide full length cutting board. Plus, it's removable and dishwasher safe for easy clean up. A stainless steel exterior is durable and will fit with most existing commercial kitchen equipment. Store and organize back up product in the four drawers of this sandwich prep table.
