"This generator power transfer box is made of heavy gauge steel and the circuit breakers are a good name brand. However, customer service is not very helpful and the internal wiring to the 30A plug receptacle on the bottom of the box was wired by GENERAC in a ""total short circuit"" so that when trying to start a new generator it tripped immediately to protect itself. Despite this, the transfer switch works just as expected and is a great product at a reasonable price."
