Overview All EZ-fit Sheds are ready to assemble and solidly constructed with quality craftsmanship. They are delivered as panelized wall sections with horizontal nailers and 24" oc wall studs. Rafters, roof sheathing, pre-hung doors, trim, door hardware, and fasteners are all included with your shed. The finish on these sheds is SmartSide siding, which offers the beauty of traditional wood and the durability of engineered wood. SmartSide siding is resistant to both termites and fungal decay. It comes primed and ready-to-paint. It is durable and long-lasting, and comes with a 50-year limited warranty! The shed kit does not come painted . Optional Door Ramp: Move equipment into your shed with ease, using the ramp for the 60" Double Doors. Optional Cupola: Add a more traditional feel with a rooftop Cupola. Optional Weathervane: Mount a decorative weathervane to your Cupola. Choose between a Rooster, Eagle or Horse. Optional Flower Boxes & Holders: Add a pair of vinyl flower boxes and optional decorative holders for your large double window! Delivery: These sheds are packed on a pallet and shipped via a freight carrier. The Freight carrier will call in advance to schedule your delivery appointment. You will need two people present to open the crate and unload the kit parts manually. The Freight carrier will unload curbside, they are not able to pull into a driveway. Please note that there may be additional shipping charges for shipping to any Island, Florida Keys, or very remote areas.
