This four-chamber unit is constructed of stainless steel and sits on four adjustable legs. Each cooking chamber can be controlled separately using a touchscreen control panel, providing the operator a wide range of cooking versatility. These controls can also be programmed to duplicate recipe results across multiple locations, such as chain restaurants.The contents of the Alto-Shaam VMC-H4H-DX multi-cook oven can be easily monitored through the double-pane glass door; the interior is also illuminated by LED lights for increased visibility. The full unit can accommodate four half-size sheet pans or four full-size hotel pans with one pan fitting in each compartment.
