Inspired by mid-century modern style, our Timo bed boasts clean lines and a lowered profile that's designed to be closer to the ground so that little ones can get in and out of bed easier. Accented with plush upholstery, it's is crafted from quality materials to last for years to come. Designed in collaboration with west elm. HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Masterfully crafted with a beech wood, plywood, frame and engineered wood. All wood is kiln-dried for added strength and lasting beauty. Wrapped with high-density foam and deep, thick padding. Upholstered in stain-resistant and exceptionally durable basket cotton slub or brushed crossweave fabrics. Back of headboard is finished in black muslin. Legs are made of rubberwood and finished in an Espresso, which is applied by hand in child-safe, water-based paint. DETAILS THAT MATTER Low-profile, slat-roll foundation is designed for use without a box spring. Pair with our Classic Plush or Pillowtop Mattresses (sold separately).
