V Series Heavy Duty Range, gas, 36, griddle, 3/4 thick polished steel plate, snap action thermostatic controls, cabinet base, stainless steel front, top front ledge, sides, base, burner box & stub back, 6 adjustable legs, 90,000 BTU, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF ( Vulcan - VGMT36B ) - To prolong its service life in demanding kitchens, the Vulcan VGMT36B gas range's front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back are stainless steel. It has three burners with individual pilots and controls for each burner so foods can be cooked at differing temperatures simultaneously. To adjust its temperature, it includes three snap-action thermostats. Great for cooking burgers, grilled sandwiches, and eggs, this unit features a 3/4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate and is powered by natural gas to cook food evenly and thoroughly.To contain messes and debris, the Vulcan VGMT36B commercial range is equipped with a stainless steel, extra-deep crumb tray in its front. It has a cabinet base to store utensils, cookware, and spices behind its stainless steel door. To store pans or additional shelves, it has universal guide racks and includes a removable shelf to fit variously sized items.
