Description Ideal for the smaller caterer or restaurateur, the MCB-36 is a very capable starting point with its commercial size. It can be individualized by adding items from the long list of add on accessories. Five burners for maximum control and impressive fast heat recovery as you would expect from the Crown Verity system. Duty and build quality once again is not compromised as this is standard throughout every Crown Verity model. Crown Veritys passion is to bring the precision and performance of commercial kitchens to the outdoor environment. To that end they design and manufacture their grills to be reliable and go beyond traditional industry specifications. Crown Verity grill bodies, legs, cooking grates, burners, under shelves, radiants, water pans, fasteners, and pilot tubes are all 304 stainless steel durability and ease of cleaning. Compared to units made of metal or 430 stainless steel, Crown Verity units are built to last. All natural gas models come with a single gas connection and a 10 quick disconnect hose. 15,000 BTUH stainless steel burners are placed every 5.75" to ensure the most even heat pattern possible. These units heat up to cooking temperature within 5 minutes. Crown Verity stainless steel burners and cooking grills carry a 10 year and lifetime warranty, respectively.
