The Prime1100's pellet-fueled burner delivers consistent cooking temperatures from 180F to 500F under 1,129 sq. in. of cooking space over the grill's porcelain-coated cooking grates. Tuck-away + Expandable upper smoking rack lets you cook or smoke smaller items such as vegetables or fish and easily moves out of the way when not in use. The sliding Direct Sear + Flare-Up Control Plate lets you cook over direct or indirect heat, giving you the ability to sear, smoke, grill, roast, and more. Holding up to 18.5 lbs. of pellets, the Prime1100's split hopper design features dual augers for efficient pellet feeding and the ability to fuel the fire with 2 different kinds of pellets to create new flavor profiles.
