The feeder uses large or small Trichlor or Bromine slow-dissolving tablets to make sanitizing your existing pool or spa easy and automatic. Plus, the Rainbow Model 300 installs easily on the pressure side of the pump, downstream of the filter and heater. The Rainbow 300 Series will retrofit into existing pools or spas. They not only save time, but they also reduce manual handling of chemicals. The Pentair automatic feeders feature an external fine control valve that lets you adjust the feed rate to meet specific pool or spa requirements. The check valve protects the pump and heater from back-up of highly chlorinated water. The Rainbow Automatic Feeders are completely enclosed systems, so no escaping fumes. with the simple, trouble-free design, no venting is necessary. They are top loading which makes it very easy to add chemicals. And extensions are available to increase tablet or stick capacity, in case you are away for an extended period.
