With an iFIT subscription, you can follow expert iFIT Trainers through thousands of outdoor workouts spanning the most beautiful locations across all seven continents on the 22" Tilt & Pivot Touchscreen. iFIT's intelligent fitness technology can control your incline treadmill to deliver workouts that are personalized to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFITs ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze™ Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmills two 2" speakers, youll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. When youre ready to follow expert-led yoga and strength workouts, rotate your monitor and follow along next to your treadmill. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily using the hydraulic EasyLift™ assist.
