Step 2.After requirements are cleared, well start and email you an initial clay sculpture. You can email us any idea you have if you would like to make any change. According to your opinion we will modify your figurine and email you again . No charge to you with changes, but too many changes may cause a delay in the final delivery. No response within 48 hours will be deemed as approved, and well go on to the processes. Once the figurine was baked, it can not be changed any more. Step 3.Craft time is approximately 2-4 weeks based on order volume. Expedited service is available with additional cost. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Tips: Photo Requirements 1. Clear capture of eyes, nose, ears and mouth from the front 2. Body must be visible in the photo (if you want to change your body style to others, just send us the photo of the body you want your figurine to be) 3. Additional photo taken from the side is preferred . Addtional info: 1.Material The sculpture is made of polymer clay. the work is safe and would not be affected by temperature, humidity or any climate changes, and it will never deform or fade. 2.Size and weight Every full adult figure sculpture is about 20cm height and 9cm wide, children is about 11~17 cm depending on age.
