The antenna can be mounted using a mast or hung in a tree (optimized for field use). Also makes a great base station antenna. MADE IN USA - All major parts are milled on precision CNC equipment in the USA! Portable 2-Meter Directional Antenna Designed for use on the 2-meter amateur radio band. Color-coded assembly/disassembly and compact size for easy portable use or small space installation. Designed with a 50 ohm feedpoint impedance, so no tuning is necessary. When vertical, the antenna has a wider beam angle for FM repeater use, which is great for apartments and attics.
