AnyTone AT-D878UVII PLUS: Transceiver, HT, 2M/70cm VHF/UHF, Dual Band, DMR, 7 W, Bluetooth, GPS, APRS RX/TX, Lithium-ion Battery, Desk Charger, A/C Adapter, Belt Clip, Each - AnyTone AT-D878UV II Plus Dual-Band DMR Handheld Transceivers are rugged, dual-band handheld portable transceivers for the 2m and 70cm bands that includes DMR digital communications with support for traditional analog FM operation. The operator will experience true VFO functionality with the ability to set frequency and transmit parameters without the need to depend solely on pre-programmed channels making this radio easier to use. Most settings are accessible directly on the radio or use the downloadable and freely available programming software. Output power on the AT-D878UV II Plus is easily configurable in 4 increments from 1-7 watts on 2 meters (VHF) and 1-6 watts 70cm (UHF).The feature set of AT-D878UV II Plus is extensive. Store up to 4,000 digital and analog channels, configure 10,000 talk groups and save a massive 500,000 contacts! In analog operation, functions such as DTMF, CTCSS and DCS are supported, as well as coding with two-tone and five-tone signals. A tone burst of 1750 Hz is also available. Individually assign functions to five buttons of the radio so each user can adjust this radio to his or her personal preferences. The 1.77 in. color LCD display can be illuminated to different levels of brightness and is easy to read even in the sunlight. To save power, the display is switched off after an adjustable length of time. The ability to store multiple DMR IDs is handy when sharing this radio with other users. The antenna connector is an SMA female connector and the headphone/microphone jack is compatible with Kenwood accessories.
