These heirloom violet purple flowers are perfect for rock gardens, as container plants, or as a border flower. Lobularia Maritima Oriental Nights has a honey fragrance and is a dwarf plant only growing up to a height of 4 inches tall. This alyssum flower seed is a perfect companion with pansies, sweet william and parsley in a container. Soil should be well-drained, as soggy soil is a sure way to rot. Can be rejuvenated by shearing back: often plants brought home from the nursery have gotten too leggy in their cramped space, or time has taken its toll. Within 4 weeks, plant should be bushy and blooming again. Our seeds are always Non-GMO and packaged for the current year. Approximately 5,000 seeds covers 100 square feet or sow 4 - 6 seeds per plant. Keep seeds moist until germination.
