It features an air-cooled condenser and features a self-contained refrigeration system to simplify installation. In 24 hours, it can create 1,000 pounds of full-cube ice that's 7/8 of an inch by 7/8 of an inch by 7/8 of an inch. To simplify operation, its digital display features five control buttons: power, cleaning, timing, up, and down. The digital display also shows the ice maker's status which is either running, ice full, error, timer, or cleaning.Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the Osion OCM-1000 ice machine is great for high-traffic drive-thrus, hotel hallways, concession stands, and restaurants. A 5-minute cleaning cycle can be activated automatically or manually by pressing the clean button for three seconds.
