In a day, it can produce 900 pounds of soft and chewable nugget ice, a type suitable for chilling fountain drinks and slushes. So that it can connect to a parallel rack system, this ice maker has no condenser. This unit streamlines countertop dispenser filling utilizing a flexible transport tube that's reinforced with wire.Designed for quiet operation, the Follett HCD1010NVS Chewblet® ice machine head produces and harvests ice with minimal noise output. Maintenance is simplified with its automatic flush cycle, and it's enhanced with an antimicrobial treatment to reduce the spread of bacteria, mold, and mildew. To prevent scale from forming, the unit quarantines and removes dissolved solids, such as lime, and its sealed, floatless design prevents biofilm formation.
