Helping establishments keep up with the flow of customer traffic, it can make 1,513 pounds of ice a day. If additional ice is needed, its stackable design enables another ice maker to be connected.With a stainless steel exterior, the Hoshizaki KM-1601SAJ3 crescent ice machine withstands dings and scrapes. Keeping rust or corrosion from contaminating the ice-making water, its evaporator is also stainless steel. To further optimize sanitation, the maker is protected with H-GUARD Plus®, which combats microbial buildup.Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
