Made from boiling down freshly-pressed apples into a thick syrup that is mixed with a traditional blend of mulling spices, this concentrate is shelf stable unlike traditional spiced apple cider, which features a short shelf life. It does not contain any added sugar or preservatives to provide you with a pure, all-natural product. In addition to its impressive shelf life, the concentrate does not require refrigeration - even after it has been opened - to make storage as convenient as possible. Coming in a 54 gallon aseptic drum, this spiced apple cider concentrate is ideal for food and beverage manufacturers. Use it to craft full-flavored hard ciders, kombucha, moonshine, wine, or apple mead. This concentrate can also be used in a variety of baking and culinary applications! Use it to create baked goods like cider donuts, apple pies, and loaf cakes, signature barbecue sauces, apple butter, and even ice cream! It has a standard concentration ratio of 7 parts water to 1 part concentrate, although the manufacturing usage may vary based on the application and recipe.
