This 48" dual-fuel range is perfect for larger spaces and anyone who loves to cook. Featuring two ovens and six stovetop cooking zones, it's engineered for professional performance. Chef-friendly features include a high-power 20,000-BTU burner, an electric griddle, seamless cast-iron grates and 10 cooking modes, including true European convection and rotisserie. The Portofino line's best-in-class energy efficiency represents SMEG's commitment to environmental sustainability. 48" dual-fuel freestanding range with six stovetop cooking zones and two electric ovens. Thermoseal main oven features rounded corners and smooth walls to reduce preheating time and provide best-in-class energy efficiency; three fans for triple convection. Secondary oven uses static heat, assisted by one fan. 5.95 cu. ft. total oven capacity. Stainless-steel construction with EverClean enameled finish; stainless-steel control knobs. Five sealed stovetop gas burners of varying BTUs: 1,200, 4,500, 8,000, 12,000 and one double-inset super burner at 20,000 BTU. Electric griddle for frying or warming.
