To use, heat 70 fl. oz. of water in a pot until it reaches 203 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn off the heat and add 50 grams of tea leaves to the pot, ensuring that each leaf is thoroughly soaked in water. Cover the pot and allow the leaves to steep for 15 minutes. Filter out the tea leaves with a cloth or mesh, then allow to cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving or transferring to a tea warmer.
