The NBA is finalizing its new TV broadcast and streaming rights and there are big changes coming. According to Tom Friend of the Sports Business Journal (SBJ), the NBA will have deals with Disney/ESPN, NBC/Universal and Amazon. The deals leaves TNT, which has broadcast NBA games since 1989, on the outside looking in.

Warner Bros. Discovery is considering matching an offer for the media rights to a package of National Basketball Association games as the league looks to finalize terms — but its focus could be on a potential Amazon package rather than games slated for Comcast’s NBCUniversal,

Disney, Amazon and NBC will reportedly pay over $1.5 billion each to broadcast the NBA over the 2025-2026 season, if the media groups finalize an agreement with the league.
