Diamondbacks starter Nabil Crismatt pitched into the seventh inning and Ketel Marte hit a 3-run homer to pace a 5-3 win over the Texas Rangers.

Tonight, Marte’s three-run homer in a 2-2 game in the seventh was the backbreaker causing the Rangers to squander an early 2-0 lead and prevent them from extending their winning streak to seven games. At least Marte’s former team, the Mariners, also lost.

Ketel Marte drilled a tiebreaking three-run homer in the seventh inning, leading the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 5-3 victory over the Texas Rangers on Tuesday at Phoenix.
