BURLINGAME — The 4-year-old boy who died last week after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Burlingame has been identified as Ayden Fang of Burlingame, according to the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office.

Two children were hit by the car while on the sidewalk in front of the business, according to police. A 4-year-old boy “sustained major injuries” and was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. The child has since been identified as Ayden Fang, according to ABC affiliate KGO and NBC affiliate KNTV.

New details emerged about an e-bike that struck the vehicle that accelerated onto a sidewalk and struck two children, killing a 4-year-old boy.
