The BBB said it has received hundreds of complaints, but Club Car Wash denies responsibility for some of the damage.

The BBB has received numerous complaints from consumers alleging vehicle damage, billing issues, and poor customer service.

Most of the complaints were regarding pricing. However, almost 200 of those complaints specifically deal with issues related to the car wash’s products and services. ZIPS is not BBB accredited.
