U.S. banking giant JPMorgan partnered with Coinbase on Wednesday to allow customers to fund their wallets using its Chase credit cards and buy cryptocurrency on the exchange starting in fall 2025.

Credit card support is expected to launch this fall, while rewards redemption and bank account linking are slated for 2026.

JPMorgan Chase is partnering with cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase to allow customers to use Chase credit cards to fund their Coinbase accounts, according to a recent press release.

The recently-signed GENIUS Act is intended to convince crypto skeptics that stablecoins are in fact safe.
