Costco and nonprofit insurer SCAN will sell co-branded Medicare plans in three states—right inside the warehouse.

Jalapeños sold at two Texas Costco stores, including one in the Houston area, were recalled over salmonella concerns. Dairyland Produce LLC, doing business as Hardie's Fresh Foods, issued the recall, according to a U.S. Food and Drug Administration report.
