The FBI searched the home of a Washington Post reporter Wednesday as part of an investigation into a government contractor who has been accused of illegally retaining classified materials, the newspaper confirmed.

Sen. Elissa Slotkin, a Democrat from Michigan, said on Wednesday that she is under federal investigation for a video that she and other Democratic lawmakers posted on social media last year that told military service members that they could refuse illegal orders.
