Tropical Depression Two, formerly Invest 91L, formed July 19, and has a high chance of becoming a named storm.

Invest 91L was better organized with increasing storms off the coast of Florida and forecasters are advising July 19 that coastal areas along the northern Gulf coast keep a close eye on this system. The National Hurricane Center said Invest 91L will likely become a tropical depression Sunday and has an 80% chance of developing in to a named storm in over the warm Gulf waters in the next 48 hours.
