Fort Hood soldiers can now buy beer and wine at 42 Bistro, marking the Army’s first alcohol sales inside a dining facility.

Two Fort Hood soldiers have been awarded one-year loaner cars in recognition for being named Soldier of the Year and NCO of the Year.

Maj. Blaine McGraw, who is accused of sexual misconduct in treating scores of patients, was arraigned Wednesday. His trial is expected to start in the spring.
