Crews continue monitoring a potentially explosive chemical incident at a Garden Grove aerospace facility that has forced roughly 50,000 residents from their homes and prompted a state of emergency, evacuation orders and a class-action lawsuit.

Firefighters trying to keep a tank of hazardous chemicals in California from exploding or leaking brought in outside experts to help prevent a catastrophe, the incident commander
