ROME, July 31 (Reuters) - Italy said on Friday it was suspending the EU's border-free Schengen arrangements with Spain in response to a mass influx of migrants into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from neighbouring Morocco.

Meanwhile, the government in Spain has declared a national emergency as wildfires burn out of control in several areas close to the capital Madrid. In Italy, firefighters have been battling fires on the island of Sicily.
