Baltimore County residents are relieved that their voices were heard following months of rallies in support of Inspector General Kelly Madigan.

In a statement Monday night, County Executive Kathy Klausmeier expressed disappointment in the council's decision, and said she will leave a future appointment or reappointment to the next executive and County Council.
