Gov. Wes Moore declared a state of emergency as a nor'easter brings heavy snow and blizzard conditions to Maryland overnight.

After a heavy snowstorm wreaked havoc across the state last month, another powerful winter storm is expected to impact Maryland from Sunday afternoon into Monday, bringing rain that could change to snow in the Baltimore area and heavier snowfall across other parts of the state.
