An emu is back with its owners after it escaped and led troopers on an hours-long pursuit in Salisbury on Saturday.

An emu on the Salisbury Bypass was certainly a startling sight on the morning of May 30, and got the Maryland State Police involved in its rescue.

The emu has been returned to its owners.
