The long-range Russian drones come in swarms each night, buzzing for hours over Ukraine by the hundreds, terrorizing the population and attacking targets from the industrial east to areas near its western border with Poland.

Russia's Defense Ministry on Sunday claimed to have shot down at least 26 Ukrainian drones over the Moscow region.

Ukraine has occasionally targeted the Russian capital, but has doubled down on drone strikes on Moscow in recent days.
