The new BBC documentary Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home features footage from the final three years of his life, up to and including his farewell concert on July 5. The documentary was first announced in 2022 as Home to Roost and was conceived as a three-part series, but became a one-hour special as Osbourne's health deteriorated over the years.

On Thursday, Aug. 7, the BBC posted a final photo of the late rock legend from the upcoming documentary Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home. The picture features Ozzy and Sharon, 72, snuggled up on a couch together, posing with two dogs. It's unclear when the image was actually snapped.

Following Osbourne’s death, Deadline revealed two weeks back that the BBC was l ocked in conversations over the future of the documentary series about the Osbourne family, which was originally conceived in 2022 as Home to Roost, a spiritual successor to MTV’s anarchic mid-noughties series The Osbournes.
