Paterson, N.J. Mayor Andre Sayegh and Jim Mueller, the executive director of the Passaic Valley Water Commission, gave an update Monday on the massive water main break in Paterson that left the entire city under a boil water advisory,

To help affected households, the city is distributing free bottled water starting at 12 p.m. Monday at Hillford Park, located at North 8th and Oxford Streets in Paterson.

A boil water advisory remains in effect for Paterson for a fourth day as crews continue to fix an underground main break. Water has been out in Hillcrest and Northside since Friday, affecting 160,000 residents.
