Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan plans to organize a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Istanbul. Erdoğan recalled that Ukrainian and Russian delegations met this week at the Çırağan Palace.
