May 20 () - Virtually all major oil refineries in central Russia have been forced to halt or scale back fuel output ‌following Ukrainian drone attacks in recent days, according to official ‌data and sources.

The three-day exercise will involve 64,000 troops and focus on the “preparation and use of nuclear forces under the threat of aggression.”
