Alex Murdaugh is headed back into the courtroom on Aug. 14, for decisions to be made on multiple pre-trial motions, including one to dismiss the murder charges he faces once again. The Supreme Court of South Carolina overturned the 2023 convictions of Murdaugh in the murders of his wife,
