Russia’s foreign minister met with his German counterpart during the U.N. General Assembly but spent part of his address defending his country’s war on Ukraine.

President Trump has agreed to grant Ukraine the licenses to manufacture its own Patriot missiles, a critical air-defense system that intercepts incoming projectiles from Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
