About 1,278 people have been rescued in relief operations following the disaster in Uttarakhand`s Dharali, Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey said on Monday, reported ANI. Commissioner Pandey told ANI that the evacuees included individuals from other states who were stranded near Gangotri Dham.
