NBC says veteran sportscaster Bob Costas is stepping down as the prime-time host of its Olympics telecast, starting at the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea. He will be replaced by Mike Tirico.

Bob Costas has been the prime-time host for 11 Olympics televised by NBC since 1992. He was voted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
