Kerr County officials say only three people remain missing after deadly Texas floods, with the death toll at 107 and recovery efforts ongoing.

Two people remain missing following the deadly July 4 flooding in Central Texas, including a girl and an adult male from Camp Mystic, Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday.
