A group of South Carolina teens, including the girlfriend and a romantic rival of the victim, were charged after allegedly setting up a 16-year-old's fatal shooting.

UPDATE (1:14 a.m.) - According to the Santa Maria Police Department, two suspects have been located and arrested Sunday evening in connection with the shooting and death of a woman in Santa Maria.

Nine teenagers in South Carolina were arrested in a plot to lure a 16-year-old boy to his death, and even the victim’s girlfriend was in on the murderous scheme, according to authorities.

The Portage Police Department arrested two 17-year-olds and transferred them to the custody of Sun Prairie Police, where the teens were booked into the Dane County Jail.
