Federal prosecutors accused the man of threatening to kill Ms. Greene, her staff, and their families, months before President Trump sought to dismantle the news agency.

Seth Jason was also accused of threatening Greene's staff members and families, using phone lines connected to Voice of America.

The former government employee and volunteer police officer is under arrest after allegedly making multiple threats to kill Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green and her family for nearly two years.
