EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — An internal audit has uncovered that ten hotels in El Paso owe the city more than $1 million in unpaid taxes, including penalties and interest.
Ross told KERA he is already on a payment plan with the IRS after the agency began garnishing the $250 monthly stipend he receives from Arlington as mayor. The unpaid taxes are from 2015 and 2019.
