Lululemon has accused Costco of selling unlicensed knockoffs of popular products like the Scuba pullovers and ABC Pants.

Lululemon is suing Costco for allegedly infringing on its trademarks and design patents by selling dupes of its clothes.

In a 49-page complaint, Lululemon accused Costco of blatantly ripping off some of its most recognizable styles.
