Prosecutors said Scott Kelley was supposed to return cash payments addressed to scammers but kept the money for himself and spent it on a heated pool, backyard renovations, a cruise and escort services.

The stolen cash was used for a patio around a pool, expenses during three Caribbean cruises and escorts that he texted with a burner phone.
