Lorain Police Officer Brent Payne, who was shot in Lorain while on a lunch break with fellow officers, was released from the hospital on Saturday.

Two officers, Phillip Wagner and Brent Payne, suffered several gunshot wounds and were in critical condition. They were flown by a medical helicopter to MetroHealth in Cleveland.
